01 / What is Te Rito Network?

Te Rito are an integrated community of agencies working together to end family/whānau violence in Wellington. Our Network of proactive support agencies represent both non-government and government organisations. I was brought in to refresh the brand to be a bit more in line with their beliefs.

02 / Research & Process

I worked with the community manager to ensure the site was simplified and accessible for all Kiwis. One of the problems was ensuring each page had a way to instruct the user on how to ‘hide their browsing’. Making this information on discretion was available on every page was critical. At risk users could be compromised if seen accessing the site.

The fundamental idea of helping users who were looking to reach out for support was in the forefront of my mind when doing this project, and made it a really rewarding experience.
